Subject	first step in making intercooler ducts

Message	well i put on my hks sidemounts with no ducts for now. the sock ones waist so much room on them, so i opted to leave them off. i have one spare hks ic to work with. today is kind of slow and decided to mock up some intercooler ducts. i tried to keep to stock dimension, just kind of expanded the base. i've never seen stillen ducts so i don't know if i'm doing something wrong. my main question is what material to make it out of? i'm thinking 1/8 plastic. also should i use epoxy? or some other glue to put it together? any feedback welcome. well onto the pics. next i'll mock them out of cardboard so i can have some good templates.
